This delightful smaller quilt, 50" x 51", started out as support for our polar bear friends of the north, surrounded by various snowflakes, snow-covered pines and rolling snow dunes, edged in twilight.

However, it created, seemingly on its own, into a mystical journey into the divine feminine energy arriving in October of 2007 which can be experienced by gazing into the design. Quilted hearts in the paisley pieces and spiritually directed hand quilting designs complete the wonderful feeling of this cozy quilt.

Backing and edging, an organic cotton Twilight sheet from Gaiam, 1/4" organic cotton batting from Near Sea Naturals, and recycled materials for the design, all hand stitched for quilting and edging.
