Biography

Linda Lives in Northwestern Montana on the western boundary of the Flathead Indian Reservation, at Rainbow lake (called Dog Lake by the old ones), about 4500' elevation.

She has led life of a light worker who works with everyday life and experiences, with many changes and causes inspired to effect everyday unrest.

Born in 1950 at Walter Reed Hospital, Washington DC, Linda began her formative years in the Air Force, then settled in Southern Illinois for college and three years as a director of a small workshop for the handicapped. in 1976, she moved to Northwestern Montana, created 2 children, Ayron and Kayde, who were born at home and partially home-schooled, maintained a small acreage self-sufficiently, and engaged in alternative education and food co-ops. She founded the Flathead Valley Homeschooling Association, cooperating with multiple belief systems to provide services for our children.

In 1985 Linda began a small healing business, The Mind-Body Connection, teaching consciousness of emotional and spiritual wounds that affect physical well being through yoga and massage; including a year as instructor at Cardin Private school, Including Yoga, and creating Cosmic Coloring books to spark there imagination enjoyment, and freedom.

Moving to the reservation, in 1992, after being jailed three times for protecting the spiritual rights of her children, created an awareness of environmental health, healing Mother Earth, herbs and remedies, and spiritual healing with the people of the earth.

Linda has always been spiritually directed, and the quilts are no exception. The designs each are unique, and the only pieces sewn with a machine.

The hand quilting of each quilt has its own energy to support the spirit of the child, love, and healing.

We haven't had this many spiritual young people on the planet since Joan of Arc, and it is Linda's desire to support them and their mission,to bring peace to the planet.

Linda receives no other monetary compensation for her other healing work on the reservation.

Her spiritual partner is Patrick Pierre, a tribal elder, spiritual leader, and language and cultural teacher at Nkusm tribal immersion school.

She is a simple person, and lives a spiritual life.

She is a dedicated advocate of freedom, respect, and potential for every individual.
